Purpose

This application is a research data-collection tool operated by the researchers at Massachusetts General Hospital for the SPARC-XP study. It is not a consumer product, is not offered to the general public, and is used only by authorized study staff and consented study participants.

Permitted use

Access to and use of this application is limited to authorized study personnel and to enrolled participants acting within the scope of the study. The study-managed accounts and devices provided to participants are to be used solely for study purposes as described in the study consent form and instructions.

Data

Data collected through this application is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. The application uses the Google Health API in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy.

No warranty

This application is provided for research purposes. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Wearable-device measurements are collected for research and should not be relied upon for clinical or health decisions.

Participation

Participation in the study is voluntary and governed by the study consent form. Participants may withdraw at any time as described in that form and the study protocol.
